Home Screen

The Home screen or Desktop is the main way of accessing the tools and apps

installed on your device. From here, you can check the status of your device, visit

websites, open apps, and much more.

Status and Notications bar. Displays the time, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection

status, the signal strength for each SIM, the sound prole and the remaining

battery life. It also displays notications such as missed calls, text messages, etc.

Pull the bar down with one nger to view your notications and alerts in more

detail, or with two ngers to access the Quick Settings menu.

Google search. Touch the search bar to enter the text you want to search for

on the internet. You can also carry out a voice search.

Widget. You can install widgets, such as Power control, or you can also add the

time, news, weather, etc.

Shortcuts. These give you quick access to the apps you use most frequently.

App menu. Here you can access all the apps installed on your device.
